Maintenance Manager Fixed Plant Lisburn & Kingscourt Full-Time | Permanent Kenect Ireland are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager on behalf of a leading construction and materials group. This is a key leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across two busy fixed plant sites, focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead all maintenance activities across both sites Plan and deliver preventative and reactive maintenance Maximise plant performance and minimise downtime Manage maintenance budgets and control costs Implement maintenance systems and procedures Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards Oversee contractors and maintenance schedules Produce reports, logs, and performance data Manage spare parts and equipment procurement Develop and support maintenance teams Prepare CAPEX proposals and lifecycle plans Requirements Degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years experience in fixed plant / heavy industry maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Experience with SAP, Maximo, or similar systems Proven team leadership experience Full driving licence Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Company car or allowance Pension & life assurance 33 days annual leave Employee benefits platform & discounts Wellbeing support & EAP Training and career progression opportunities Working Hours Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm Fully site-based role Skills: Maintenance Management Fixed Plant Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, CMMS Systems (SAP/Maximo)
