We’re working with a premium, award-winning digital learning agency that creates truly bespoke, immersive solutions for a world-class client base.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead learning design from discovery and ideation through to scripting and storyboarding.
* Collaborate closely with internal developers and designers to bring immersive solutions to life.
* Work directly with stakeholders to shape project goals, tone, and structure.
* Design engaging, interactive, and narrative-driven learning experiences.
* Apply modern learning principles, especially simulation, gamification, AR/VR, and mobile-first design.
* Uphold the agency’s commitment to tailored, non-templated learning products.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in designing immersive and interactive digital learning.
* A strong background in global learning vendors or agencies.
* Excellent storytelling, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with AR/VR, performance support tools, and point-of-performance learning is a plus.
* A wide variety of industry and client knowledge (due to the sheer variety of clients you would work with).
* A willingness to learn the agency’s internal practices and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
