Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (39 hours per week)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality professional to join our client’s team in Inverness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and experience working within a construction or similar technical environment
We’re also open to applicants from a Health & Safety or CDM background who have experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and are keen to broaden their expertise into quality management.
This is a key role in maintaining and developing our clients Quality Management System (QMS), supporting audits, managing accreditations, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct and support internal, external, and third-party audits.
* Maintain the audit schedule and associated documentation.
* Prepare monthly reports and track key performance indicators.
* Manage and resolve non-conformances.
* Maintain and improve audit templates and QMS documentation.
* Support accreditation processes and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Prepare for and participate in contract close meetings.
* (If H&S aligned) Assist with incident and accident investigations and promote best practice in health and safety.
About You
* Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001 (essential).
* Experience in a construction or similar industry environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
* Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (advantageous).
