Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time (0.4 WTE) Senior Administrator for its Adult Neurodevelopmental Service. The role involves providing administrative support to the service, practitioners, patients, and health and social care colleagues.
Additionally, Surrey is looking to recruit a lead psychologist to undertake the clinical leadership role within the Neurodevelopmental Team.
You should be enthusiastic, resourceful, an excellent communicator, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have experience in administrative support roles, be capable of working under pressure, and enjoy working within a team environment.
The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the Adult Neurodevelopmental Service (NDS) office through comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality secretarial and administrative services, in collaboration with service admin and colleagues.
The goal is to provide efficient administrative support to enable the NDS to deliver the best clinical support possible to service users. This includes prioritizing and organizing daily workload while maintaining confidentiality across all duties.
