Were growing and we would love you to grow with us. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Practitioner, youll support our clients with day-to-day living, helping them feel safe, comfortable and respected. Every visit is different, but your focus will always be the same, delivering outstanding care tailored to each individual. Your responsibilities will include: Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support). Administration of Medication. Providing support with nutrition and hydration. Light households tasks. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR The ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families. A caring, reliable and professional approach. Fluent spoken and written English. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Previous experience in a relevant care setting is preferred but not essential. Care Certificate and/or a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential. Weekday and evening availability plus alternate weekend availability. We are also interested in hearing from candidates who are available for waking night sits.
