As the Head Chef, you will be in control of the kitchen, overseeing all operations and ensuring the highest quality of our culinary offerings. We are looking for a passionate leader with exceptional culinary skills and a strong background in team management to help us reach new heights in the industry.
Additionally, we are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and join our fast-growing team. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes promptly.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes.
* Develop and create innovative menu items while maintaining consistency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to optimize costs.
* Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet customer expectations.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Certification in food safety and sanitation procedures is preferred.
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
