Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join an overseas ServiceNow Partner expanding its footprint in the UK. This fully remote role offers a competitive fixed salary of £100,000 with a double OTE, rewarding high performance in new business acquisition. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning new logos and selling ServiceNow solutions to external enterprise clients. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, to identify and develop new business opportunities.
With over five years’ experience selling technology services or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, you will drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering consultative, solution-led sales engagements.
This role requires a strategic and commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles within the enterprise technology space.
Skills
* Proven experience in winning new logos and new business development
* Expertise in selling ServiceNow solutions to external clients
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
* 5+ years’ experience selling technology services or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
* Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem or enterprise service management solutions
* Consultative and solution-led sales approach
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Pipeline development and sales forecasting
* Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer success
Software/Tools
* CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
* ServiceNow platform knowledge
* Sales engagement and pipeline management tools
Certifications & Standards
* Relevant sales or technology certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
* Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) advantageous
