Customer Resolution Agent – Nottingham Location: Nottingham (NG11). Salary: £14.55 per hour. Full Time – Monday to Friday – 37 hours. Contract: Up to 12th June 2026 – possibly beyond. Purpose To investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, delivering a high-quality experience while ensuring commitments are met and risks of further dissatisfaction are minimised.
