Purpose of the Role
You will be a true Brand Ambassador, engaging with a diverse range of customers, promoting excellent service, and enhancing their in-store experience. Your dedication will support store KPIs and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively greeting, listening, and offering bespoke advice.
2. Maximize sales and service goals through high productivity and engaging interactions.
3. Maintain strong product knowledge across all services and proactively enhance the customer experience.
4. Identify external opportunities to improve store performance based on feedback.
5. Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, stock handling, and adhering to stock & cash control procedures.
6. Follow the appointment process accurately using the designated platform.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
Technical Skills:
* Basic product knowledge of features and benefits.
* Familiarity with POS systems, cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management.
