Role: Insides Sales Representative
Area: UK (remote with occasional travel)
Contract: Permanent, Part time (20 hours p/week, with progression to Full Time in future)
We continue to support a highly respected provider of advanced next-generation sequencing (NGS) services in the diagnostics and research sectors.
As a non-VC funded company, they are a scientifically-driven and stable business, offering in-house clinical depth from clinical geneticists to multi-disciplinary tumor boards. Their reputation excels strongly in providing answers for cases with diagnostic uncertainty
They seek a compassionate and proactive Inside Sales Representative to support individuals and healthcare partners across the UK & Ireland who are exploring private genetic testing services.
This is a flexible, remote role ideal for someone who is motivated by both helping others and developing trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Engage directly with patient and family enquiries to support and explain available genetic testing options
* Build and develop relationships with private healthcare providers
* Collaborate with patient advocacy groups and support networks to increase awareness
* Represent the organisation at relevant health, patient, or wellness events (occasional and negotiable travel)
About You
* Degree in Life Sciences or relevant background
* Empathetic and confident communicator, comfortable building rapport and following up with enquiries in a structured, organized way
* Able to work independently in a remote environment while being part of a connected team
* Experience in private healthcare, fertility, diagnostics, oncology, rare disease, patient support, or advocacy is an advantage
