We’re on the hunt for a driven, high-performing, commercially-minded recruitment leader to join us at the most exciting time in our company’s journey.
The YDS Group, including Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite, is the largest and fastest-growing dental brand in the UK, on track to hit ÂŁ150 million+ in revenue by the end of 2025 in one brand alone.
With over 200 new hires planned by H2 2025, we need someone who can take ownership of scaling our commercial teams – HR, Finance, Operations, and everything else in between – across our group brands with energy, pace and precision.
