We’re looking for a full-time administrator with strong commercial experience to support the Commerical Operations of an expanding manufacturing business. This brand-new position ensures seamless coordination between various departments, efficient administration, pricing strategies, and process improvements, while providing critical support for the sales and customer-facing teams. The Commercial Operations Coordinator will:Support the administration of contracts, including agents and resellers, discount partnerships, frame agreements, and letters of authorisation.Respond to pricing requests and analysing product configurations to calculate pricing for each variation.Compile and manage data to facilitate the annual company price review, ensuring timely communication of agreed prices.Update and maintain systems, such as Syspro and Salesforce, to reflect pricing changes and adjustments.Maintain the accuracy of Salesforce product records and associated data.Support the commercial obsolescence process in collaboration with the engineering team.Deliver detailed, accurate, and timely product-related commercial bulletins or internal messages to relevant audiences.Provide support for internal projects as needed.Enhance productivity by identifying and eliminating manual tasks through automation and maintaining and optimising existing processes.Experience will be needed in contract administration, analysis, and oversight, to ensure contracts comply with legal and business requirements. Strong numerical and statistical proficiency to calculate margins, discounts, and profitability will be essential, along with good Excel skills. The successful candidate will be skilled in gathering, analysing, and presenting information to technical and commercial teams and senior management and be proficient in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.This business is offering hybrid working and a friendly, team-orientated culture.
