Transport essential due to location
* Working hours from 23.45 through the night to During the quieter weeks without weddings you will be required to complete hours during the day.
* 16 hour contract
* To cover hours at our sister venue, Pendrell Hall when required
* Midweek and weekend working
* During the night shifts ensuring areas of the venue are cleaned and tidy and set up ready for the next wedding.
* Needs to be able to work on their own and follow instruction from Housekeeping Manager.
* To have a polite, courteous and friendly manner.
* To be able to work on your own.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Be responsible for security of the venue
* Be the fire warden for overnight guests.
* Be on call for any queries or problems for overnight guests staying in the wedding night suite and guest accommodation.
* Move client decorations to client store ready for pick up the next morning.
* To sweep/hoover the venue thoroughly, ready to be mopped by Housekeeping in the morning.
* Thoroughly clean the guest toilets and disabled toilet.
* Remove or add ceremony chairs needed for the next wedding.
* Remove or add banqueting tables in the wedding breakfast room ready for the next wedding.
* Check for any damage or maintenance.
* Communicate to the Housekeepers what areas of the venue still need to be cleaned.
* Report any lost property to the Housekeepers on handover.
* Ensure the quality of the clean meets the required standards of the Housekeeper Manager.
