Salary: circa £36,743 - £42,435 depending on skills and experience

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Recycling Networks (WRN) team as a Misuse Support Lead. This role supports the delivery of the AMP 8 Misuse strategy across Water Recycling, working within the Misuse team. You’ll coordinate daily activities of field resources, report findings to the programme manager, and develop and maintain benefits trackers.

What will you be doing?
Your key duties will include:
1. Leading and coordinating misuse investigations across locations, both planned and reactive.
2. Fostering a culture of innovation, positive challenge, and support to reduce misuse events.
3. Managing risk associated with operational activities linked to the programme.
4. Supporting workload and resource management across programme strands.
5. Collaborating with business units to ensure data accuracy for customer behavior change initiatives.
6. Developing, maintaining, and visualizing reports on performance and benefits.
7. Working with communications teams to promote customer behavior change programs.
What does it take to be a Misuse Support Lead?
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data meaningfully.
* Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Collaborative, positive relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of sewerage assets and operations (desirable).
* Willingness to learn and explore new areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI and Excel.
* Familiarity with SAP or Oracle (desirable).
* Interest in data manipulation, logic, and science.
* Attention to detail for data accuracy.
* Effective stakeholder management and presentation skills.
* Prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks.
* Adaptability to changing environments.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
