Housing referral Officer This role is self-employed with 35 hours of work per week. The position requires a full driving licence and own transport. The Role: We’re seeking a confident and compassionate Housing Referral Officer with a unique blend of support work experience, sales acumen, and strong networking skills. You’ll play a key role in matching service users with appropriate housing & support services. What We’re Looking For: * Support Worker Background: Experience working with vulnerable individuals or communities, with a strong understanding of housing-related challenges. * Sales: Proven ability to pitch in a housing, property, or referrals context. * Communication Skills: Confident communicator who can build and maintain professional relationships with potential referral sources. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised, people person.
