Role entails: Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations Lead and motivate a fast-paced, talented team Ensure exceptional customer service and top-notch food & drink quality Keep everything running smoothly from floor to cellar Carry out all paperwork and house checks to adhere to company policies What we look for: Proven hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on, can-do attitude Thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment Experience in stock control, rota/sales forecasting, people management and development Great communication skills Passion for fresh food, great wines and engaging service Our Offer: Basic up to 34,400 per annum plus tronc (that's your card tips that are paid into your bank).
