What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across Engineering and Physics subjects.
* Providing both hands-on and theoretical instruction to help students apply concepts to real-world contexts.
* Supporting students' academic and personal growth, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
* Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that link theory with practice.
* Collaborating with colleagues to continually enhance the student learning experience.
* Contributing to student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression with tailored guidance and support.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated professional who:
* Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a relevant Degree (Essential).
* Has GCSEs in English and Maths.
* Is a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards qualification.
* Has up-to-date knowledge and experience in teaching Engineering.
* Demonstrates strong classroom and time management skills.
* Is confident with Information Learning Technology to create engaging teaching materials.
* Brings excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
