Job Description We are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef at The Reserve. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll assist in leading a passionate team, help create inspiring seasonal menus, and ensure every dish served reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and creativity.
