The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare and early years education within safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting childrens learning, development, and wellbeing
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Promoting learning through play in line with EYFS
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies

You will work across a variety of nursery settings in Salisbury, gaining valuable experience while enjoying flexible working arrangements that suit your lifestyle.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable, flexible, and professional approach

A Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent is desirable, although experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
