The Role
The Education Welfare Service requires an enthusiastic individual to join a small, dedicated team. The successful applicant will work closely with key staff in various schools to identify and resolve attendance issues. They will have direct contact with families experiencing difficulties and collaborate with partner agencies, particularly schools, to support families through a multi-agency approach.
The role involves maintaining contact records using an electronic database and preparing documentation for Magistrates’ Court proceedings.

You should be able to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, manage your workload, meet deadlines, and possess excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
