About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is:
* Professional, presentable, and confident - this role involves significant front‑of‑house visibility.
* Well‑mannered and collaborative, able to slot into a close‑knit and supportive team.
* Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes.
* Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
* Support menu development and contribute creative ideas.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
* Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members.
* Work collaboratively with both back‑ and front‑of‑house teams.
