What you will do:
* Provide comprehensive and person-centred assessments for adults in the community, ensuring their needs are met and independence is promoted.

* Advocate for service users, supporting them through the complexities of social services, and liaising with relevant agencies when necessary.
* Make informed decisions and manage risk effectively while maintaining a high standard of professional practice.
* Regularly review and update care plans, ensuring the well‑being and safety of service users are at the forefront of your work.
Requirements:
* Degree in social work or an equivalent qualification and current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating a strong track record in community settings.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to navigate challenging situations with calm and efficiency.
