Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Manager (Supported Housing) on behalf of a housing support provider who help their clients to live as as independently across Oxfordshire.
The Role
You will lead and line:manage Support Workers, ensuring high:quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers Ensure person:centred support, care planning, and risk assessments Promote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards) Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planning Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals Support service performance, audits, and budgets About You
Access to transport with a valid UK driving license
Confident people manager with strong communication skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding, person:centred practice, and GDPR
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)
Desirable:
Management experience in supported living or similar settings Knowledge of CQC requirements
