We are looking to recruit Nursery Practitioners Level 2 and Level 3 qualified to join our new Nursery. Little Owls Day Nursery is located in the heart of Billericay, walking distance to the train station. We are a privately run day nursery, open Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year. We offer 'Outstanding' (Ofsted 2023) quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We offer our employees 28 days holidays including bank holidays, and free uniform. We provide regular training days, including a full induction and support for all our employees. We provide childcare for up to 130 children in our bespoke spacious and well resourced Rooms. We also have a large purpose built garden area. *Role Description* The successful candidate will need to be caring and professional with experience of working with children aged between 3 months and 2 years. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for early years education as well as lots of enthusiasm for delivering the highest quality practice. With the ability to support children's learning and development, hold strong communication skills both written and verbal and good have knowledge of child development and the EYFS. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week on a shift basis, Monday to Friday between 7.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. We will also consider part time positions. We will also consider applications from qualified candidates with limited or out of date experience, as training and support will be offered. Successful applicants will need to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation, undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
