A rapidly growing financial services firm are seeking an organised and proactive Data & Service Management Administrator to join their team. This vital role supports the smooth running of our Data and Service Management function, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across data governance, risk, and control processes
* Coordinate monthly/quarterly service and governance packs for clients
* Track risk events and issues, supporting their resolution and reporting
* Support internal process reviews, business continuity tasks, and onboarding
* Present data confidently and contribute to improvement initiatives
About You:
* Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
* Experienced in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* A team player with a growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn
* Experience in client-facing roles, KPI/SLA reporting, SharePoint, and Visio is a plus.
