We have a fixed term Full-Time position available for appointment. Part time (0.8 FTE) will be considered for the right applicant.
Position Profile: Manages a seamless and coordinated x-ray service delivered to patients through:
* The provision of operational coordination, professional supervision and clinical leadership.
* Implementing and evaluating x-ray policy, practice, protocols and quality programs.
* Evaluating and providing advice about new techniques and equipment with a view to implementation into the department.
* Ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.
