Job Title: Projects Administrator
Location: Chester Office (CH1 4NP)
Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (office-based)
Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Projects Administrator to join our Chester-based Projects Division. The role will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of project management processes, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients, engineers, and management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills and previous administrative experience, ideally gained within the engineering or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Projects Administrator
* Provide comprehensive support for Projects Division management processes, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
* Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management via phone and email, demonstrating professional etiquette at all times.
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organised and accessible project documentation.
* Plan and schedule works in coordination with the projects team.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve overall project delivery.
* Assist with reporting and project handover documentation where required.

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)- Projects Administrator
* Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proven ability in data entry and record keeping.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(Desirable)
* Experience working within the engineering or construction industry in an administration role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
