Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in ERP/CRM systems. Assist with administrative tasks and reporting for the customer service team. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or coordination, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry.
