Essential Qualification: Supervisory experience of at least 2 years in a fast‑paced retail store.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store.
* Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Ensuring the Sstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop‑floor standards.
* Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
* Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets.
* Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store.
* Stock room management and processing deliveries.
* Training new and existing staff members.
* Assuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
