An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Crawley team for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Business Support sector. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to recruitment, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside Reed's Top Billing Managers and Consultants. With a focus on permanent placements, this role will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across Sussex.
Responsibilities
* Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews, and negotiating offers of employment.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various platforms such as job boards, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates. Conduct interviews, perform background checks, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
* Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and insightful advice.
* Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure branch success and maximise opportunities for cross-selling.
