Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Andover, seeking a motivated educator to join their English department full-time from Monday 2nd June through to the end of the academic year in July 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality English lessons and building positive relationships with students across Key Stage 3 and 4. For the right candidate, there is potential for a permanent position starting in September 2025.

About the Role:
* Full-time English teaching or cover role from June to July 2025
* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS4, supporting learners of mixed ability
* Strong focus on behaviour management, student progress, and curriculum delivery
* Possibility of a permanent contract from September for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified English teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor with a background in English
* Have excellent classroom presence and strong communication skills
* Be adaptable, proactive, and confident in managing a full teaching timetable
* Have a passion for the subject and the ability to inspire young learners
* Be committed to high expectations of behaviour and achievement
