Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities

* Manage the behaviour in the classroom in the teachers absence ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Supervise preplanned work set by the subject leader
* Be a positive influence to students
* Ensure the standards of safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom are met

Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience working with children in some capacity (doesn't have to be in a classroom)
* A Bachelor's degree in any subject/experience working as a cover supervisor
* Effective communicator
* Patient and approachable
