The Role:
As an Events & Administration Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our busy Coventry office, supporting the smooth running of our national events programme. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing strong administrative support across the team
* Managing diaries and contracts with precision
* Liaising directly with venues, suppliers, and contractors
* Delivering excellent customer service via email and phone
* Supporting the programming and marketing teams with event schedules
* Maintaining clear, organised, and efficient systems
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised, punctual, and well presented
* Confident with Microsoft Excel and general office software
* Skilled in written and email communication
* Professional, with excellent attention to detail
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the live music or events industry is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
