Responsibilities
Drive clarity and alignment of enterprise product goals, translate strategic priorities into actionable product backlogs, create and prioritise well‑defined user stories, contribute to agile ceremonies, remove obstacles and highlight risks, maintain transparency through KPIs and OKRs.
Must‑have experience
* Product Owner experience within a digital‑native/forward‑thinking organisation and thrive in constant change.
* Application of test‑and‑learn approach to product evolution.
* Good understanding of field‑operations tools and analytics to support data‑driven decisions.
* Comfortable with technical aspects and underlying technology of products.
* Strategic product vision focused on why and what – not how.
* Business‑process knowledge to review and prioritise requests from the outset.
