The Role
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will coordinate the admissions process and support the school's marketing and community engagement strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the end-to-end admissions process, including enquiries and applications
• Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS system
• Liaising with local authorities and feeder primary schools
• Coordinating open evenings, transition events and prospectus distribution
• Supporting website updates and social media content
• Responding to parent queries professionally and promptly
This is a varied role requiring strong organisation, initiative and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
