We are looking for an ambitious, detail obsessed Marketplace Assistant with a hunger to master the world of Amazon Seller Central.
This is not just a data entry role. We need a proactive "Amazon Specialist in the making" who understands that the difference between a best seller and a suppressed listing lies in the details. You will support our Marketplace Managers in maintaining a high performance, compliant, and globally competitive Amazon presence.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Management: Assist in the end to end process of creating and maintaining high quality listings on Amazon.
Compliance and Health: Monitor account health and listing compliance. You will be involved with resolving "Fix Your Products" alerts and ensuring all data meets Amazon's rigorous category guidelines.
Data Integrity and Admin: Perform daily administrative tasks, including pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and ensuring SKU level accuracy across international markets.
Content Optimization: Work with the team to optimise titles, bullet points, and backend keywords to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
Reporting: Regularly review performance reports to identify trends, stock issues, or opportunities for listing improvement.
