As a Threat Intelligence Analyst - Human Rights, you will play a key role in protecting and promoting human rights across our global supply chain and sourcing communities. You will collect, assess, and analyse intelligence on potential and actual adverse human rights impacts, delivering insights that strengthen our human rights standards and strategy. Identifying and proactively monitoring multiple sources of intelligence on human rights issues, enabling the Human Rights team to evaluate new and evolving risks to the business, our colleagues, supply chain, and sourcing communities. Exploiting new and existing intelligence sources to enhance awareness and understanding of human rights issues and their relevance to our value chain. Setting up, maintaining, and continuously evaluating a broad range of online research regimes using Open Source techniques to capture threat intelligence on relevant human rights concerns. Developing and maintaining expertise in Open Source Research, including the exploitation of open source and third-party data, and assessing data quality. Producing intelligence and briefing products that inform on human rights issues and support safeguarding, commercial, and brand protection decisions. Applying analytical skills in collaboration with internal stakeholders—including GSR Threat Intelligence colleagues, the Security Council, and Intelligence Council—to understand specific risks, and deliver insights, data visualisations, and reports that support decision-making. Maintaining a broad and current understanding of global human rights issues through active engagement with the Group Human Rights team in the UK and regional offices. Staying informed on global geopolitical developments using internal and external sources, and assessing how these risks may impact the business and wider macro environment. Participating in internal and external networking events, seminars, and learning opportunities to continuously improve the quality of threat intelligence provided to the business. Supporting wider threat intelligence needs (e.g. geopolitical, fraud, crime) during periods of high demand or urgency. Contributing intelligence and insights for training materials and assisting in the delivery of human rights training. Helping to make the team a great place to work, including participating in team days and events. Managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality threat intelligence across the business. Experience conducting open source research and investigations on human rights issues. Ability to analyse complex data sources and generate credible, actionable insights. Strong communication skills, with experience presenting data and insights to varied audiences. Proven stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities. Understanding of human rights frameworks (soft and hard law) and their business implications. Knowledge of retail operations and how human rights risks may impact the value chain. High attention to detail and ability to manage complexity in fast-paced environments. Language skills in Spanish or Chinese are desirable but not essential. LI-ED1 LI-Hybrid
