To assist the individual in accessing her hobbies in the community, including horse riding and swimming. To support the individual in attending medical appointments. To interact with the individual within her own home to fulfil hobbies and interests. To support with any care needs required.
Main duties:
Social duties: support to:
* Attend horse riding and swimming lessons
* Socialise with family and friends
* Attend medical appointments
* Support with a rehabilitation programme
* Access the community and trips of the individual's interests like cinema, shopping, and restaurants
Personal care: assist with personal care needs where required, promote independence, perform exercises/physiotherapy, and assist with other personal care tasks as needed.
Domestic duties: support with cooking and serving nutritious meals and snacks, cleaning, changing linen, laundry, and other domestic chores as requested. Duties will vary each shift.

Must be confident driving an automatic car.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week, with potential to increase. Shifts to be discussed, including some weekend work.
Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour weekdays, £17.50 per hour weekends.
Skills, qualifications, and experience:
* Driving licence
* NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care or equivalent
* Experience in educational support and good basic knowledge of Maths and English
* Knowledge of equestrianism or willingness to learn
* Ability to swim
* Confidentiality
* Good at building relationships
* Non-smoker
