Press Operative / Manufacturing Operative
Location: Tewkesbury
Contract Type: Ongoing temporary role, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate
Hourly Pay Rate: £15.68 per hour (increasing to £16.02 per hour on completion of training)
Hours: 37.5 per week

We're seeking a Press Operative / Manufacturing Operative to join our client's team in a hands-on role where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. What You'll Be Doing
After a basic training period, you'll be able to work with limited supervision to produce parts in line with health, safety, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating a limited number of machines safely and efficiently
* Using guards and safety switches correctly
* Locating materials and tooling
* Identifying and using correct parts and machines for production
* Handling tools and moulds safely
* Following production paperwork and procedures
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
* Flexibly supporting other areas of production as needed
* Adhering to all HSE requirements
Shift Patterns
This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:53 PM
Includes 1 x 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

* Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial, but not essential
