About you: Robust background in Corporate Arena - M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen. Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills. Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail. Able to plan workloads and resources effectively Excellent client care and client support skills
