Marketing Program Manager – Permanent High-Growth Cybersecurity Software Company
Remote
£45,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Titania’s multi-award-winning risk-based vulnerability management (RBVM) and network exposure management software has been used by elite cyber teams for over a decade to safeguard critical infrastructure. Its Nipper solutions prevent attacks and network disruptions by transforming the readiness, resilience and recoverability of critical network infrastructure.
With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Marketing team with a high performing Marketing Program Manager who is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, marketing qualified leads, and lead nurturing.

You’ll be working closely with the marketing and sales team to scope, develop and manage multi-channel marketing programs (including but not limited to account based marketing, email, webinars, events, content syndication, and paid media) focused on promoting and driving demand for Titania solutions. You’ll partner with sales and product marketing to build pipeline through targeted campaigns tailored to the specific roles within the decision-making-unit (DMU), our target accounts, and defined markets.

By partnering with our content marketing team, product marketing and SMEs you’ll develop campaign briefs and high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, infographics and blogs that align with market trends and pain points (e.g. operational resilience, state sponsored attacks, ransomware, zero trust, compliance).

You will use HubSpot and other tools to track performance and ROI of campaigns and make adjustments based on the data. Key to this role is collaborating with the wider marketing team, sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business objectives. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing program manager to scope, design and develop marketing campaigns that drive demand for our solutions. Developing campaign briefs, timelines and KPIs aligned to marketing and pipeline goals is key. And reverse funnelling to measure target conversion rates against campaign targets will be instrumental in tracking performance.

The right person for this role will be meticulous, organised and systematic in their approach, experienced in managing multi-channel demand/lead generation campaigns, and used to collaborating with content and digital marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes.

Strong project management and communication skills
~ KPI management (e.g. MQLs, MQL to SQL, MQL to customer, Cost per MQL, CAC, CLV)
