Job Description
3. Provide leadership across the department
4. Support with the success and growth of the department, including work-winning and client retention
5. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
6. Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a tailored and commercial approach
7. Drive advisory-led conversations and identify opportunities to refer work
8. Support, develop, and help mentor the team, aligning people strategy with departmental and firm-wide objectives
9. Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider business
The Successful Applicant
10. ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
11. Strong accounts and business advisory background
12. A proven work-winner with the ambition and capability to step into a Director role
13. Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams
