As a Supplier Engagement Manager at AgileOne, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic supplier relationships across global clients program.
Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, you will drive supplier performance, support sourcing initiatives, and ensure an optimized, high-performing supply base aligned with business goals.
Our Requirements
* Manage the full supplier lifecycle for third-party resources
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Support MSP initiatives, demand planning, and ongoing business needs
* Lead supplier negotiations and contribute to contract strategies
* Collaborate closely with Legal, Client Services, and Implementation teams on supplier onboarding and contracting processes
* Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
* Drive cost optimization and continuous quality improvement
* Plan and manage supplier forums and engagement activities
* Support supply base optimization and rationalization strategies
Your Responsibilities
* Proven experience in staffing, MSP, supplier management, procurement, or contracting
* Experience with process management, continuous improvement, and change management
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Experience supporting supplier contracting, commercial terms, or agreement management
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Lead regular supplier and stakeholder meetings, including performance reviews and governance calls
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional presence and client-focused mindset
* Fluent English (German and/or Swedish is a plus)
