We are looking for a Test & Implementation Engineer to join our IT team at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire, MK43 9EJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and implementing IT projects across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will take ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support the successful rollout of new systems and enhancements. Working closely with Business Analysts, developers, and business users, you will ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, effectively implemented, and deliver real value to the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects delivered across the UK
* Develop and maintain test scripts to improve testing speed and accuracy
* Provide implementation and post go‑live support for complex technical releases
* Monitor and measure project implementation success
* Deliver general operational support to the business
* Support handheld devices used in receiving and future business areas
* Perform analysis within the company’s CAS QA environments
* Collaborate with business users to create project plans and UAT sessions
* Log and track UAT issues, working closely with developers to resolve and re‑test
* Provide backup support for G2 Portal and mobile Level 2 support
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, and internal processes
* A‑Level education (or equivalent)
* Proven experience supporting customers or business users
* A strong team player with a self‑motivated and flexible approach
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and face‑to‑face)
Desirable
* Experience in IT system testing and/or training
* Knowledge of creating and managing test scripts
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, and Windows
* Understanding of mobile devices, apps, and Wi‑Fi networks
