Duties&Responsibilities:
* Overseeairfreightexportshipmentsfrominitialbookingthroughtocompletion
* Produceandsendcustomerquotationsinatimelymanner
* Coordinatetransportandmanageoverallshipmentlogistics
* Bookshipmentswithairlinesandmaintainstrongcommunicationwithcarriers
* Completecustomsentriesinlinewithcurrentregulations
* Prepareairwaybills(AWBs)andallrelevantshippingdocumentation
* Ensurefullcompliancewithindustryregulations,includingdangerousgoods
Skills&ExperienceRequired:
* Atleast2yearsexperienceinairfreightoperations
* Goodunderstandingofdangerousgoodsrequirements
* Confidentincompletingairwaybills
* Strongknowledgeofthefullfreightforwardingprocess
* Experiencehandlingcustomsdocumentationandprocedures
* Well-organisedwithstrongcommunicationskills
* Abletoworkindependentlywithinanofficeenvironment
