Job description
The successful candidate will deliver a total of 6 hours of tuition per week, supporting a student across the following subjects:
1. 2 hours of Sociology
2. 2 hours of Textiles
3. 2 hours of Functional Skills Maths
This role would suit a tutor who is patient, adaptable, and confident delivering engaging, tailored sessions that support a student’s individual learning needs. Experience working with young people and the ability to build a positive rapport is essential.

4. Location: HP23
5. Start Date: September
6. Hours: 6 hours per week (2 hours per subject)
7. Subjects: Sociology, Textiles, Functional Skills Maths
8. Pay: £25-£30 per hour (depending on experience)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
9. Experience tutoring or teaching one or more of the listed subjects
10. Strong communication and organisational skills
11. The ability to plan engaging and supportive sessions
12. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
