Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification.

After offer, successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe operation of EE&F test equipment within world-class laboratories at Stevenage and Henlow.
* Work alongside Facilities Management (FM) to maintain building infrastructure and lab facilities, including management of external contractors and servicing.
* Lead a team (typically 7-8 engineers), managing resources, risks and budgets.
* Gain experience working alongside a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements and support the Head of M&C Test in developing capabilities.
* Support the Health & Safety Manager / Quality Lead to ensure process and equipment compliance.
Qualifications
Essential
* Strong technical background in maintenance of test equipment and facilities.
* Experience of maintenance and service contracts.
* Effective planning and project management.
* Effective leadership skills (interpersonal and influencing).
* Ability to develop and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
* Understanding of wider project and company strategy.
Desirable
* Knowledgeable of the test methods used to perform environmental tests (vibration, shock, thermal, humidity, low pressure etc.).
* Experience of supporting capex process.
* Experience with calibration processes.
* Health & Safety background.
