What You'll Be Doing:
* Accurately process customer orders and quotations using internal systems.
* Managing all sales documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
* Monitoring order progress and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries - providing product info, pricing, and availability.
* Building strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Liaising with suppliers to confirm stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
* Sourcing alternative products when required, ensuring continuity of supply.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, quotations and transactions.
* Supporting the external sales team with account updates and documentation.
* Collaborating closely with internal departments to keep everything aligned.
