A Modern Apprentice Fenestration Installer removes existing windows and doors and replaces with new frames and finishing materials.\n\nDuring the first 18 months of your apprenticeship will join an experienced installation team and receive daily tuition in all aspects of fenestration installation and site management. You will participate in accredited training from external providers, on site coaching and assessments with Sidey's Joinery Manager and SVQ Assessor and attend the Training Academy for skills sessions each month. In addition, you will act as a company and apprenticeship ambassador at glazing career orientated events.\n\nYou will form a new Graduate team during the final 6 months of your apprenticeship, developing independent judgement, consolidating consistent installation standards and professional working practices under the continued guidance of the Training Academy. On successful completion, you will be employed as a Fenestration Installer.
