WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: Shaped and optimised digital services from the ground up, both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Built roadmaps and customer journey frameworks that guide organisations toward smarter, more user-focused digital experiences. The know how to conduct and communicate user and channel research, turning data into design magic that stakeholders love. Confidence with concepting, wireframes, and design specs, and you know how to make complex services feel beautifully simple. Applied user-centred design methods like Google Sprint, Design Thinking, and WCAG to create accessible, impactful solutions. IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE: Experience in Financial Services sector. Basic understanding of digital marketing practices and techniques.
